Since I worked at an Italian-embassy-adjacent office when I was in college, I was introduced to the Moka pot decades ago. Now I have a stainless steel version and it's perfect. Analog stovetop perfection. I also worked at an old-fashioned coffee shop called the Hungarian Pastry Shop while I was in college, and had to learn how to manually pull shots (no buttons to push, all vibes). I burned myself so badly several times during the learning process!

My coffee ritual involves hand grinding the beans - it’s such a tactile experience which only takes seconds, yet yields such a delicious cup of coffee. I make an Americano with an Aero Press and froth milk to put on top (electric frother). Sometimes an add some honey or date syrup to the bottom of my cup before I make the coffee, it’s a sweet note that I love (especially in the afternoon). ☕️

Love this! I also have been loving the Transcendence coffee syrups to make homemade flavored lattes!

Yum! I love my morning coffee ritual too. I've just been doing a salted maple drip coffee with oat milk but this week I switched back to using my espresso machine and its definitely a more indulgent treat.
